A message dated March 30, 2001, was read stating the Senate has

     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 24(EDT)                                                                  
     "An Act relating to use of borough revenues from a sales tax                                   
      levied upon room rentals for a tourism marketing campaign."                                  
                                                                                                    
with an amendment (Senate journal, page 882) and so the following is                                
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 24(EDT)(efd add S)                                                       
     "An Act relating to use of borough revenues from a sales tax                                   
     levied upon room rentals for a tourism marketing campaign; and
